My name is Israel Richards, and I am proud to serve as a Board Member and Client Care and Billing Coordinator at Mobile Medical Global Ltd. As the firstborn son of David and Avril Richards, I carry forward a legacy grounded in service, innovation, and impact. I see my role as continuing that legacy while contributing a fresh perspective to the next phase of the company’s growth.

I bring over two years of experience in customer service, where I developed strong skills in time management, teamwork, client relations, cash handling, and inventory management. My time working as a receptionist at my father’s clinic gave me practical exposure to the healthcare environment, allowing me to engage with patients and medical professionals while supporting daily operations through data entry, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

From an early age, I was raised with a strong foundation of values—integrity, compassion, respect, and empathy. These principles have shaped how I approach both people and business, and they align closely with the core values of Mobile Medical Global Ltd. I believe that excellence in service begins with how we treat others, and I am committed to upholding these standards in every aspect of my work.
